My husband and I put this together in an hour. Super easy to figure out and very sturdy. I love that it has enough clearance between beds that I can sit and tuck her in without hunching over (this won't apply to everyone, I'm only 5'4").
Only complaint is the width. It's a few inches too wide for a twin mattress so you either have a gap between the mattress and the wall or extra bed frame sticking out on the other side, which contributes to bumped shins when she's climbing in or out. Think I'll just stuff an extra blanket in the wall-side gap.

I usually never write reviews on Amazon unless products are being annoyingly rated terribly.
Though this style has not received many reviews, the darker colored style has received a few negative reviews about ridiculous things.

First off, this bed is only ~$100 for a reason. If you are expecting the greatest bed made from some rare or extravagant wood, then spend the money for it.
Second, the sturdiness is superb. I am currently a college student and I have friends over all the time. When we are playing games or just sitting around hanging out, multiple people will sit/lay on this bed for hours. And I assure you, we are all over 100 pounds. If you're going to have a child who may potentially break this bed, there are ways one can make this bed sturdier.
Third, there was a problem pieces not being labeled and parts not fitting. I put this bed together without instructions and I'm not usually good at stuff like this.

Overall, it is a great bed. Like mentioned before, if someone would want to make this sturdier, I suggest buying sturdier wood for the slats. But that is the only recommendation I have for this bed.
